Viennese Waltz Formation

“Alles Walzer” (“Let the Waltz Begin”) is the motto of our Viennese Waltz Formation, in which students of the Elmayer Dance School rehearse not only Viennese waltz choreographies but also polonaises, polkas, minuets, quadrilles, and other traditional and historical dances. In the spirit of living tradition, the Viennese Waltz Formation creates an impressive and festive atmosphere at numerous ball openings with both classical and contemporary choreographies.

With around 80 performances each year on various continents — including appearances in Bangkok, Brussels, Minsk, Muscat, Paris, Rome, Skopje, Sydney, Tokyo, and Toronto — as well as contributions to film and television, the Viennese Waltz Formation of the Elmayer Dance School has earned its international reputation.
