Prof. Dkfm. Thomas Schäfer-Elmayer has demonstrated—over 17 years in senior roles at international industrial corporations, and today equally in the service sector—that confident social skills and empathy contribute decisively to success, regardless of a company’s purpose.

Alongside his work as a trainer, Prof. Dkfm. Thomas Schäfer-Elmayer continues to be active as an entrepreneur and is also engaged in new market segments (tourism, personnel development, consulting) to make his unique success concept and know-how accessible to all who are interested.

Studied economics in Vienna and St. Gallen, graduating with a lic.oec. HSG.
Planning, Information and Control as well as Marketing Services and Logistics at CIBA-GEIGY in Basel and South Africa (7 years).
10 years with the VIAG Group in Bonn, responsible for international sales and for building, leading and delivering results for the high-purity metals division, with main markets in Japan, Europe and the USA.
Sole Managing Director of Tanzschule Willy Elmayer-Vestenbrugg Ges.m.b.H., Vienna, since 1987.
